J&L Wraps & Ceramic Coating ("we," "our," "us") operates the J&L Wraps mobile and web application (the "App") to help customers book vehicle wrap and ceramic coating services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password (stored as a one-way hash — we never see your actual password)
• Profile picture (optional)

• Vehicle details (year, make, model, color, size)
• Service preferences (wrap finish, colors, zones, brand)
• Photos of your vehicle (optional, uploaded by you)
• Preferred drop-off date and notes
• Saved vehicles (if you add them to your profile)

• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address and approximate location (from your IP)
• Basic usage analytics (which pages you visit, which actions you take)
• Log data (timestamps, errors) for debugging

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from those providers. We do not receive your password.

• To create and manage your account
• To process and fulfill your service bookings
• To contact you about your bookings (confirmations, quotes, progress updates, completion)
• To show you your booking history and saved vehicles
• To display before-and-after photos in our work gallery (only after your explicit consent on a per-booking basis)
• To improve the App and troubleshoot issues
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

• With service providers who help us operate the App:
  • Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage
  • Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with these providers
  • Metro Restyling — we display their public product catalog; we do not share your data with them
• When required by law — if served with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process
• To protect our rights — to prevent fraud, enforce our terms, or protect safety
• In a business transfer — if J&L is sold or merges with another company, your data may transfer to the new owner (with this same Privacy Policy still in effect)

You may upload photos of your vehicle when booking. These are visible only to J&L staff and to you. We may upload "before" and "after" photos of completed work to our public gallery only if you agree on a per-booking basis. You can request we remove any photo at any time by contacting us.

• Active account data — kept while your account is active
• Booking records — kept for up to 7 years for business and tax records
• Photos — kept until you delete them or we remove the associated booking
• Log data — kept for up to 90 days

You may at any time:

• Access — view the data we have about you through your profile page
• Correct — update your profile, vehicles, or other info yourself
• Delete — request we delete your account and associated data
• Download — request a copy of your data in a common format
• Opt out — of any non-essential communications

The App is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it promptly.

We protect your data using:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication
• Password hashing (SHA-256) so plain-text passwords are never stored
• Row-level security policies in our database (customers can only see their own data; admins see all)
• Session timeout and rate limiting on login attempts

No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry standard practices and fix vulnerabilities quickly when found.

The App uses these third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — https://supabase.com/privacy
• Google Sign-In (if used) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple Sign-In (if used) — https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
• Metro Restyling — product catalog displayed in-app; no customer data shared

The App is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. where our servers and service providers operate.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, email us at the address above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
